1. 0 PERIOD

• The first 50 minutes of the day gives a freedom to the students to choose and engage in their favourite Co- Scholastic activity. It aids students in enhancing their focus and enjoying learning throughout the day.

2. SCOPE FILE

• The record of each student is maintained and handed over to the new class teacher. The record comprises academic progress, health assessment, home visit details, behavioral patterns, and other student-related information that familiarizes a teacher.

3. HOME VISITS

• A scheduled home visit helps teachers understand a child's psychology, environment, and neighborhood, fostering emotional connections that create a stronger bond among students, parents, and teachers, improving the teaching and learning process.

4. MOTHERS MEET

• GGIS Mother’s Meet is organized to explain to the parents about the teaching learning process, upcoming events, syllabus, details of SEA activities.

5. PHYSICAL EDUCATION

• A Healthy body resides in a Healthy Mind. From the beginning, students undergo training with three weekly sessions, aimed at building their endurance, strength, stamina, and agility.

6. LIFE SKILLS AND SAMSKAARS

• Age Appropriate Life Skills (skills needed to defeat challenges and overcome obstacles in life) and Samskaars (basic principles of life) have been integrated in the lesson plan of each class till grade 10th.

7. SESSION PLANNING

• Teachers plan the session for the next academic year well in advance. Weekly lesson plans are prepared and reviewed by the HOD’s.
• The main aim of the pedagogical plan is to make the teaching and learning process more constructive, collaborative, integrative, reflective and inquiry-based.

8. TEACHER TRAINING

• An Annual calendar for faculty training is drafted for every academic year. Each faculty member is required to undergo at least two external trainings in a year for subject enrichment and skill enhancement. Teacher training programs help teachers to gain a deeper understanding of their students, enabling them to effectively deal with them in classroom.

10. THEME BASED CLASS PRESENTATIONS

• Our class wise theme based presentation gives students a chance to explore new opportunities, discover their hidden talents, boost their mental health, and showcase it.

• The school takes care of the learning needs of each child using differentiated and innovative pedagogical practices.
• It is the process of tailoring lessons to meet each student's individual interests, needs, and strengths. Teaching this way gives students choice and flexibility in how they learn, and helps teachers personalize learning.

• Students are exposed to national and international culture/tradition with meaningful celebrations of various national and international days.
